The machinery line consists of 3.5 tons hydraulic de-coiler , leveling , material  guiding, servo feeding, press punching, roll forming system, fly saw cutting system ,run-out table, control cabinet with PLC

Cutting and the control cabinet
Cutting:
(1)    Cutting motion: The main machine won’t stop while the saw cutting. The saw will have lead rail, it will tracking the material, the length will control by PLC. Comes the right length, it will cut while moving forward, After the cutting, the saw will send back where it started, and ready for next loop
(2)    Drive motor of the saw: 15KW
(3)    Length measuring: Automatic length measuring 
(4)    Tolerance of length: +/- 1.5mm
